To request deletion of data associated with an LMH Solutions app, email privacy@lmhsolutions.co from the address you used (if any) with the app name and, if applicable, your in-app player ID (found in Settings). We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Account and profile data we store
- Gameplay progress tied to your account
- Support history associated with your request
What may be kept
- Purchase records required for tax and accounting (up to 7 years)
- Data held by Apple, Google, or ad partners under their own policies (Apple Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy)
- Public blockchain records, which cannot be deleted by anyone
