What this policy covers
This policy describes how we handle information when you use this website (including the contact form) and our mobile apps and games distributed on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and the Solana dApp Store.
Information you give us
When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, company, role, project details, preferred contact method, and phone number. Support emails may include app name, device details, order IDs, and descriptions of issues you report.
Information collected automatically in apps
Where permitted by law and platform rules, our apps may collect advertising identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android), device model, operating system version, app version, crash data, and in-app events related to usage and performance.
Advertising
Some apps show ads through Google AdMob and possibly other advertising partners. Those partners may use identifiers and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. On iOS, we request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework when required. You can limit ad tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking, and on Android in Settings > Google > Ads.
In-app purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive a purchase confirmation so we can unlock features (such as removing ads). We do not receive your payment card details.
Solana apps
Our Solana apps connect to your self-custody wallet. We may see your public wallet address and transactions you choose to sign in the app. Public blockchain data is permanent and visible to anyone. We never request or store private keys or seed phrases.
Analytics and crash reporting
We may use Firebase or similar analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand stability, fix bugs, and improve apps. These tools may collect device and usage information as described by their own policies.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our apps, show ads where applicable, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate the website and apps, advertising partners, app stores, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention
We keep contact and support records as long as needed to respond and operate the business, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required. Purchase records may be retained longer for tax and accounting purposes. App analytics and crash data are retained according to the tools we use and our operational needs.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to appeal a decision. California and other U.S. states may provide additional rights such as knowing what categories of information we collect and requesting deletion. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website or apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.
