Use of the website and apps
You may use the website and apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and applicable store policies. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Accounts and purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple, Google, or other store platforms, and their terms apply. Virtual items, unlocks, and “remove ads” purchases have no cash value, are non-transferable except as required by law or store policy, and do not represent ownership of real-world currency.
Ads
Free versions of our apps may display advertisements. Removing ads, where offered, is a paid feature subject to store purchase terms.
Solana apps
Solana apps connect to self-custody wallets you control. Transactions you approve are final and recorded on a public blockchain. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Network fees and third-party protocols are outside our control. You are responsible for safeguarding your keys and reviewing every transaction before signing.
Intellectual property
The website, apps, logos, and content are owned by LMH Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the website or apps, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, scrape in an abusive way, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, or use our services to violate any law.
Disclaimers
The website and apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMH Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
